LAURA SCACCABAROZZI

From an inborn passion for images to a profession.

Influenced by the studies of Art, Architecture, Design and History of Fashion, she uses colours, shapes, lines, lights as a meaningful language.
Photography adds to painting the freshness of an unrepeatable, though everlasting, magic instant.
Graduated in photography at “R. Bauer” institute in Milan, her mayors interests are in digital photography and retouching.
She begins as photographer assistant in a studio, for fashion and adverts, and then she works for publishing for magazines like “Arte” and “Antiquariato”.
She works afterwards as freelance for important happening linked with Arts, Architecture and Design and with magazines such as “Il mio vino”, “Gulliver”, “Dove”, for reportages of travels and custums.
In the meanwhile she works also as photoeditor freelance for the montly magazines “Gulliver“ I Viaggii del Sole”, for the project “le guide di Dove” .
Nowadays, specialized in reportages of events and wedding, she works as freelance and in cohoperation with wedding planning agencies, besides publishing houses and companies that realize brochures and catalogues.
Laura is a member of important professional associations like The Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) which selects the best photographers around the world for their artistic and documentary approach in wedding photography. She participates in prestigious international photographic contests. She keeps in constant training taking courses and workshops to hone her technique more and more and engage with professionals from around the world.
She recieves on appointments in her studio “irideblu”.
